HI Guys and Gals,

Just to let everyone know who is waiting (like me) the paper sift for the above is released tomorrow. If you have requested email notification you should be finding an inbox result tomorrow at some point. Im not sure when you should receive postal notifications. Good luck to all of those who have applied....although I hope my luck is better!!....I hope to see you at Manchester Airport on assessment.

Nothing here, Ive just checked my inbox on my tea break (back out on ASB patrol shortly!!) Might just be running late or they may be doing it in batches for the assessment. I.e Tuesday email for Tuesday assessment, Wednesday email for Wednesday assessment etc. Anybody know?

Ive just got off the phone to recruitment, spoke to a nice lady who was giving nothing away, other than that everyone will be notified by snail mail at the same time, whether successful or not. they will then be making a follow up call to make sure we can attend.

Frustrated to say the least...... I need to give 2 weeks notice to book a days leave, in anticipation, i have already booked off the 18th, 19th and 21st, but i dont have enough leave to book the rest off... And i am sure that there will be others in a worse situation ...

ah well, gotta keep smiling i suppose

Well done Mark, I was about to ring this afternoon as not heard a peep yet....saved me the job. Im in the same boat with booking time off, but with having kids ive used all my holidays until next month!! Ive worked up a day in toil over the past week(so now very tired), but i only have one and need to know when to book it! Oh well, can but wait and see (and plead with my current superiors!)

I was just thinking today, im actually a bit niffed about being told by the RA that we would be notified by email from the Monday - naughty! Well now that Mark took initiative (note that for assessment Marky) and contacted we know its a Postman job, shame mine only arrives around dinner time....let me know if you have the luxery of early mail as I will be checking online here whilst at work...I can then instruct the Mrs to open mail and relay!!

I'm thinking about this too Sharpey, The RA are not really giving a good "First Impression" , considering the requirements of the post are they supposed to be leading by example?!?!?!

If the postman does bring any news, i will update this thread, however, i get the feeling that the RA havent posted them yet...
