ONLY CONTINUE READING THIS SCHEME IF YOU HAVE TRIED BOTH OF THE ABOVE SCHEMES ALREADYThe following scheme assumes that you have tried both the "I forgot my password" and the "Resend Activation email" options and have looked in all your email folders for the email from this site. Remember, our email may have been automatically placed in your delete folder, your junk folder, your trash folder - so please look in ALL of your folders for the email sent from this site, following your use of the above help systems.

RE-ESTABLISH YOUR IDENTITY
This scheme takes A MINIMUM of 14 days to resolve your identity problem, so do ensure that you have read the above advice thoroughly before embarking on this procedure

  1. email falkor with your username

    to ensure that you get the exact spelling on the username, look back on any emails that you have received from this site and see if you can check how your username is spellt

  2. in your email, mention the exact email address that you registered on the site with

  3. in your email, mention that you have tried the "I forgot my password" system and explain what happened, if you did not receive any "reminder email" did you check ALL your email folders? e.g. spam/ trash/ delete etc etc

  4. falkor will then PM you on the site and wait for a minimum of 7 days it may seem a strange thing to do - but checking that "you" are not responding to PM is a part of this process

  5. you may receive further security questions (by email) to establish that you are, who you say you are

  6. sadly it is not always possible to resolve IDENTITY problems - despite long periods of "investigation" and therefore it is suggested, that if your identity is not re-established within 28 days, that you simply open a new account and start again

what EXTRA information could you include in your email?

Obviously the more information that you include in your email, the more likely it is that your identity will be re-established

FOR EXAMPLE do you know the telephone numbers of leading members on the site?

did you make a payment to a subscriber scheme of ours? if so - what was the exact date that you made the payment?

did you send an email to the site some time ago? can you FWD that email?

probably any one of these "clues" as to your identity, will not on it's own be sufficient to resolve your identity problem but the more ammo you provide us with the better
