-
falkor • Sat Mar 06, 2021 9:18 pmAccording to this, it was run by the council, https://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk ... ts-1183462 I dont remember the council running it, drug finds are pretty good, maybe left there for pick up , stopping fights HAHA reminds me of school being a prefect
-

-
falkor • Sat Mar 06, 2021 9:02 pmThats just his choice of username, I think it actually comes from an old computer game, we're talking 20 years ago I think, has no significance BUT hes a jolly good bloke and a fine PCSO who knows JUDO (and uses it)
-

-
falkor • Sat Mar 06, 2021 8:50 pmActing warrant officer , Good one and the dyslexia didnt stop you did it? I think all these Cadets are very good for our young people and I do know that the Scouts have had a lot of trouble getting their scout leaders lately in fact some scout troops have FOLDED with no scout leaders to keep it going
which is horrendous
-
ade174 • Sat Mar 06, 2021 8:48 pmI used to be in the air cadets as an instructor acting warrant officer many years back

falkor • Sat Mar 06, 2021 8:40 pmCor you are so lucky from age 11, that is amazing, I know that is a long time to wait but maybe you can help with the Police Cadets in your new role, it would be worth asking , especially as you are qualified in Karate, this could be of interest to the Cadet leaders
-

-
ade174 • Sat Mar 06, 2021 8:25 pmI think it all down to the force in the area up here in the north east its not that bad as to london but i think we need to be more equipped as we are still out on the front line all it take is to be in the wrong place if it kicks off and we have nothing to defend hour self am lucky as i do karate brown belt so i can look after my self and no not had the jab each to there own
-
falkor • Sat Mar 06, 2021 8:15 pmIn 2017 in response to a FOI, this was published
BTP PCSOs have had handcuffs as standard issue for over 15 yearsDear Freedom of information, for the information provided. Can I ask you to clarify one point; In your response you state; "The decision to issue British Transport Police PCSOs with handcuffs... was made in view of the potential risk of detaining persons in proximity to railway lines and the need to keep a detained person safe pending the arrival of a police officer." -
ade174 • Sat Mar 06, 2021 8:13 pmNo not see it but ive seen a lot of pcso get punched and hit and am in favor of all staff having the asp it is better to have and not use then not have and cant use it let the pcso do the community policing and let the police do what they are trained to do
-
falkor • Sat Mar 06, 2021 8:08 pmDid you see that one Ade? PCSO helped out with a prisoner, now criticised for having no training in that regard
