Re: Well done that man!
By the looks of it, that could be anyone of us. It looks like he was outside with the bloke who could have been for all we know could have been anti social and the PCSO follows him into a shop and produces the knife. Good effort i say.

Re: Raised.threat level in UK
"we are policed by consent" I hate that nonsensical namby pamby word! lets never hear that phrase on this forum again. I know Thersea May likes it,but in the in UK we police with the Law and legislation! If people dont like it then, Consent means to gain approval or ask, we dont ask if we can arrest...

Re: Raised.threat level in UK
This whole " no specific intel" malarkey is just a way of saying that no one has anymore more resources or police budget to throw at it. Do you think they will politely do a coded call to the police before they blow themselves up or shoot people like the IRA did before they bombed? i dont think so.

Intelligence has specifically identified threats towards members of the arm...

Re: In case you come across this situation
Rubbish, if for whatever reason a pcso doesnt have the card on them when asked by MOP, tell them to phone the force on 101 and speak to a sgt who can verify.
