hi there all and falkor, :shock: ive being busy playing doom 3 on the pc, lol dont have time to do anything nowdays. :wink: looking for a car to buy, had enough of the free travel on the buses! sorry, ant being around, i think im losing the plot, need a career break lol being to long in the job... :r:

yes glyn, ur right union said that shift pattern is about 9% and dont know how the PCSO got it passed the 'above people' :evil: . 12.5% has some limits

hmmm... Well, my understanding is the reason im getting paid shift allowance is because im not working a 9-5 days mon to fri. By me working a 8-4, 10-6, 11-7, 12-8, 2-10 i get shift allowance on unregular hours. But there is a limit, if i work more lates after 6pm or work upto 12pm i would get a hig...
