In essex we did this sort ofthing, they asked us to post a leaflet shaped as a foot print with infomation on, at the homes we found insecure!

What if they come across a insecure house do they need to try and make it secure or wait on scene until owners arrive, what happens if they leave a note leave the house and it then gets brokwn into! Homes owners wont be happy the police did nothing about it!

Come on guys its just one force thay have chosen, how well do you think your force will do on sick days? A few things Essex has one of the highest number of PCSO's in England. The 50 PCSO's off with leg injuries and illness on 50 occasions, this is average of 11.5 days a year off per those 50 people...

You go out in the rain your hat gets soaked and shrinks and you cant out it back on your head for the next few days! The water proof jacket is not waterproof the airwaves covers that are meant to keep the rain out dont! Its all fun working in the rain :slwo: At least it dont stop me singing! :slzip:

Hello Got told that i do get travel allowance... Its calculated as whatever mileage it takes me to get to training, minus the mileage i'd travel to my station. (if that makes sense)?
