yes by taking the pcsos and making them statement takers , prisoner handlers , file preparers.... yep take the load off and let them do the job they are meant to do ;) Sorry but you have spouted this before... there is a seperate role for Civvie Statement takers and its nothing to do with the PCSO ...

if you become significantly in debt then you need to tell your boss so as to keep everything above board. If you're in debt you're more likely to accept bribes etc. If you don't discolose that you're in debt to your boss and someone says they've bribed you for something then questions will be asked...

technically yes. It's a disciplinary offence to be in debt if you're a cop.

No its not. If you get a ccj then you have to declare it but its certainly not a disciplinary .

Common sense. They should have taken on the roles of statement takers , prisoner handling teams , file preparers instead of pcsos. This would have freed up pc's from behind desks....
