Yes DONT.
I had a really good friend who became one. It completely changed his personality. He was a really great guy with a bubbly outgoing personality, but after a couple of years, he had totally changed, and became hardened and withdrawn.

A friend of mine does it at wandsworth he said to me thats its a dead end job, its like being locked up in there yourself as your there all the time it takes over your life. Basically if you like prison be a prison officer lol thats what he said to me.

I know a bobby who used to be prison officer he said that it was better working with juvvies than adults.
