This is a question to you more experienced PCSO's really. What do you find at the end of the day is the most rewarding part of being a PCSO, the bits you love? just out of curiousity

I have only been in the job for 5 months aprox so i know i am not experienced as such but i would like to make a comment if that is ok
the things i enjoy the most is the sense of achievment in helping people and also breaking down some barriers with the younger kids.

I think it depends on your attitude i always try to remain positive even f i have had a bad day i will analize what i might have done differently so basically i enjoy the job warts and all.
