pcsos can they transfer

pcsos can they transfer

does any one know can pcsos transfer from one force to another ? or do they have to do the whole application again .also why does the recruitment process take so long i was told march now im being told it could be later ..

AFAIK, yes, they must apply from scratch to the new force rather then transfer.

Recruitment could be delayed for many reasons - availability of funding, availability of posts, availability of training facilities, availability of training staff, the number of applications to sort through and prioritise etc etc. Any number of reasons.

I hear BTP have a faster process for experienced PCSOs. Maybe worth getting in touch with them.
