I totally agree with the sentiment and the message. Just to let you know the troops in the picture are USA troops not British army.

Lest we forget.

Let's not forget the many thousands of airmen and sailors who have given their lives in the service of their country.

It's not JUST about the "British Army" or "our Troops" it's about our Armed Forces - everyone who serves.

Amongst others, I'll be remembering an old work colleague who was a Leiutenant Commander on HMS Sheffield (Hit by an exocet missile during the Falklands war), who sadly took his own life while suffering from PTSD).
