As of May, I will no longer be a PCSO. I'm leaving to join another government organisation. It's been a blast, learnt a lot but i'm glad i'm getting out whilst I can.
When your own bosses are encouraging you to find something else, you know the time is right. Good luck to the rest of you.

Ah come on! I'm sure you can say the general field? e.g. NHS, ONS, Home Office, FCO, etc?
