My point exactly. Not sure what she is. I'm assuming from the post that she is a PCSO that looks like a PC.

We went over the border to north yorks the other day for a funeral, and I saw a couple of their PCSOs in the hats or caps with chequered bands. They're blue rather than black but you can't tell at a distance. In fact the only reasons I knew they were PCSOs were the blue epaulets (and it's not like every MOP would know that) and the fact they were walking ;)

In fact I was amazed they were double crewed during the day, we'd get a proper rollocking for that and I imagine my area is rougher than Harrogate.
