Moving on ....
Just wanting a few ideas for life after this job. I want out to be honest and wondered if anyone had any jobs PCSO's can do or apply for.
(And before anyone says Police Officer, I would rather cut off my own arm!)
Thanks

Funny you posted this I'm fed up too. I'm looking a truck driving. I really don't know what's skills carry over except responsibility and people skills. Possibly close protection but training is insanely expensive and not much work or mi5 or mi6?
Any skills outside of this? Re-train possibly?

Re: Moving on ....
It's finally broken me. I NEED to get out.
I was waiting to join as an Officer (with eveything passed) after applying in 2008. Then the cuts came, application kept live and waited and waited before finally last year had it cancelled altogether. Then failed paper sift twice since.
The job can now kiss my backside!

You sound like me a couple of years ago. Whatever you do, don't jump without another job secured!
If you still want something similar and "out and about" why not try something like Airport Security?
I know that Heathrow were taking on new applications last month and the starting salary is roughly £22k.
