Slightly different, but I got called every name under the sun, including swear words that I have never heard before out of the mouth of a lovely looking blonde 15 year old girl when she was caught for shoplifting. I couldn't believe what I was hearing!!

In a separate incident, a 17 year old boy that I have been dealing with since he was 14 told me he was going to "rape my mum and burn my house down". Nice!!! (I did have him face down on the floor a the time)! :slsa:

I've had the "I'll f*** your mother comment. Best response I heard was from a colleague "Well, it'll make a change from f****** your own."

As for the OP, when I get someone who just wants to have a tantrum, and there's no actual job there, I tell them twice and then walk away. I'm too busy to stand there whilst they bang their gums together.
I have seen the truth and it makes no sense.
