I wounder, would it be possible to add the sticky out tongue smiley that is usually available on phpBB forums - its the best one lol.

I have been trying to sort this

unfortunately ever since we went from phpBB2 to phpBB3 the amount of smilies we had cannot be increased

it's probably my inept handling of the ACP so if any administrator can give it a go then GREAT

I have tried several times before and after your request, but no luck
