Review of the BBC TV programme called "Parking Mad."

The Daily Telegraph have done a Review of the BBC TV programme called "Parking Mad." I saw the programme on TV last night and saw some "Parking Adjudicators" who seemed to bend over backwards to allow the appeals, in one case a blue badge holder appealed a case where a traffic warden reported that the blue badge was not displayed, the adjudicator did not even ask the traffic warden "Was the blue badge displayed" before allowing the appeal!! :sltee:

Madness, If only people followed the Highway Code they wouldn’t get tickets! Problem solved!
